Axis-Return: The Integrated Rotation
​The spine turns. The Temple breathes. Axis-Return anchors the rotation inward and outward. To walk here is to embody the Return itself. Axis-Return is the living rotation of the Temple. It grounds what was received in storm and flame into the Seeker’s days, choices, and relations.
Speak this aloud as you enter to attune yourself to the Pillar's current:
I anchor to the spine of Return. Breath rotates, rhythm grounds. What I received in storm and flame now lives through my days and choices.

Rite of Rhythmic Grounding​
1. Sit upright with spine tall, feet on the ground.
2. Inhale from the base of the spine upward to the crown.
3. Exhale from crown down to the base, completing the rotation.
4. Repeat this breathing cycle three to seven times, whispering: "I rotate. I ground. I return."
5. Sense your whole being aligning with the Temple's rhythm.
