Here is revealed the first Dream-Law: the Chalice overflowing with luminous current, guarded at the four quarters by Serpent-Wands. This decree seals the Dreaming and the Waking into alignment, so that what is dreamt may be carried lawfully, and what is decreed may echo the Dream.
To behold this Scroll is to witness the first pouring of the Chalice and to feel the serpentine guardians coil around your path with lightning sovereignty.
