The Lightning-Serpent Staff of Return predates Atlantean memory. It is born of the Primordial Thunder and Cosmic Serpent currents woven as one. In Atlantean temples, it was known as the Staff of encoded Lightning Law, awakening the sleeping strands of Sovereignty within all lifeforms.
